Upcoming meetings for the Disciplinary Committee

Please note: This is an archived news story. Miss Judith Kay MRCVS was removed from the RCVS Register of Members on 1 March 2007. She was restored following successful application to the Disciplinary Committee on 21 January 2013 and has been entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK since 25 March 2015.
Mr John Alan Walker MRCVS was restored to the RCVS Register of Members on 12 June 2008 following suspension for a period of 6 months. He is therefore currently entitled to practice as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
Mr Michael Mario McCarthy was removed from the RCVS Register of Members on 9 March 2007 following the hearing. He is therefore not currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
Mr Ranes Kumar Sanyal MRCVS was restored to the RCVS Register of Members on 22 May 2007 and he is therefore currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
A meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:
26 January 2007 (Friday) at 10am to hear a Resumed Inquiry into MISS JUDITH LESLEY KAY BVetMed MRCVS
29 January 2007 (Monday) at 10.30am, 30 January 2007 at 10am and if necessary 31 January at 10am, to hear an Inquiry into DR JOHN ALAN WALKER BA VetMB BSc PhD DER MRCVS
1 February 2007 (Thursday) at 10.30am and if necessary 2 February 2007 at 10am to hear an Inquiry into MR MICHAEL MARIO McCARTHY BVSc MRCVS
6 February 2007 (Tuesday) at 10am to hear an Application for Restoration to the Register by MR RANES KUMAR SANYAL BVSc&AH MSc DTVM
