'My Account' offline over Christmas; VN fee deadline extended

Please note that the RCVS Database system will be undergoing maintenance work during the Christmas/New Year period, so it will not be possible to log in to the 'My Account' section from Thursday, 22 December until early January.
However, our 'Find a Vet' and 'Check the Registers' services should still work normally.

Veterinary nurses’ retention fees – deadline extended
As it will not be possible to make online payments during this period, the deadline for receipt of veterinary nurses' retention fees has been extended to Friday, 6 January 2012.
Please make payments by cheque or contact the Finance Department (020 7202 0774) for alternative methods of payment.
Cheques should be made payable to 'Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons' and your VN reference number should be written on the reverse.
