RCVS Disciplinary Committee to meet in November

Please note: This is an archived news story. Mr Denis Patrick Cronin MRCVS was removed from the RCVS Register of Members on 17 May 2005 following the hearing. He was restored to the Register on 22 December 2014 following successful application to the Disciplinary Committee and he is therefore currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
Mr William Henry Stirling Manson MRCVS remains on the RCVS Register of Members and he is therefore currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
Mr David E Smith MRCVS was restored to the RCVS Register of Members on 23rd November 2004 following the hearing and he is therefore currently entitled to practise as a veterinary surgeon in the UK.
A meeting of the Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS as constituted under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, will be held at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, Belgravia House, 62-64 Horseferry Road, London SW1P 2AF, on:
- 8 November 2004 at 10.30am, 9 November 2004 at 10.00am and if necessary, 10 November 2004 at 10.00am, to hear an Inquiry into MR DENIS PATRICK CRONIN MVB MRCVS.
- 11 November 2004 at 10.00am to hear an Inquiry into MR WILLIAM HENRY STIRLING MANSON BVM&S MRCVS.
- 22 November 2004 at 10.30am to hear an Application for Restoration to the Register of Veterinary Surgeons by MR DAVID EDWARD SMITH.
Hearings are in public and subject to limitations of space any person may attend. Anyone intending to attend a hearing is advised to contact the College to confirm the listing times.
