Vets reminded to pay outstanding renewal fees
17 April 2015
We are reminding veterinary surgeons that they need to pay their annual renewal fee by the end of April or they will have to pay a higher fee.
Veterinary surgeons have until 30 April to pay the fee or the amount they have to pay will increase by £35 – this applies across all registration categories.
Any veterinary surgeons who fail to pay by 31 May will have their names removed from the Register, making it illegal for them to practise veterinary surgery.
This week, we have sent letters to 4,318 veterinary surgeons who have not yet paid reminding them that the annual renewal fee is due.
Payment can be made by returning the renewal reminder form by post with a cheque or bank draft, by bank transfer or through the online ‘My Account’ area.
Those wishing to pay online will need to use the security details sent to them in February. If these have been lost or misplaced you should contact our Registration Department on 020 7202 0707.
If you have received an annual renewal reminder letter but have set up a Direct Debit or believe you have already paid should contact our Finance Department on 020 7202 0723.
